Text Message Terms of Service

1. The program. Beau Vinci Violins sends account-related text messages to
customers who ask for them: purchase receipts, unpaid balance notices, and
notices that a card on file has expired or been declined. We do not send
marketing, sales, or promotional texts to this number.
2. How you join. We ask you out loud, in person at our shop or over the phone,
and you tell us yes. We never add a number automatically.
3. Message frequency. About one message per transaction.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Beau Vinci Violins does not charge for these messages.
5. How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number.
You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can also ask
us in the shop or call us.
6. How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (678) 691-2394, or
email [email protected].
7. Carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your number. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. No mobile
information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will
not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Where messages come from. Our messages are sent from (877) 257-2328.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always posted
on this page.
