1. What this site is for
Our site provides information about our shop, our instruments, and our services, and it lets you begin and manage an instrument rental. It is not a general online store; purchases, repairs, appraisals, and other services are arranged with us in person, by phone, or by email.
2. Rentals are governed by the Rental Program Terms and your Rental Agreement
Instrument rentals are governed by our Instrument Rental Program Terms and Conditions together with the Rental Agreement you sign. Those documents cover ownership, size changes, damage and loss, maintenance, insurance, non-payment, termination, and store equity.
If anything on this page conflicts with the Rental Program Terms or your signed Rental Agreement, those documents win. Nothing on this page changes, replaces, or limits them.
Information about rentals shown elsewhere on this site is a summary for convenience only. If you have not signed a Rental Agreement, no rental exists and nothing on the site creates one.
3. Text messages
If you ask us to, we will text you a receipt for a purchase, return, or payment. We only do this if you tell us yes, and we record when you agreed.
We send one message per transaction. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone plan.

4. Email
We may email you receipts, rental notices, and other messages about your account or your transactions. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or by calling the shop.
5. Prices, availability, and descriptions
We work hard to describe our instruments and services accurately, but we do not promise that everything on the site is complete, current, or free of errors. Prices and availability can change without notice, and an instrument shown here may already be sold. If we discover an error in a price or description, we may correct it — including after you have contacted us about it.
Photographs and measurements are provided to help you, not as a guarantee of exact appearance, dimensions, or tonal quality. Instruments are individual, and we encourage you to play one before you commit to it.
6. Using the site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not:
copy, scrape, or republish our photographs, descriptions, or other content for commercial use;
attempt to gain access to any part of the site or any account that is not yours;
interfere with the site’s operation or security, or upload anything harmful;
use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
Everything on this site — our name, logo, photographs, text, and design — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
Our site may link to sites we don’t control. We provide those links for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. The site is provided “as is”
We provide the site as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. This section is about the website itself — it does not limit any warranty we give you on an instrument, a repair, or a rental, and it does not limit your rights under your Rental Agreement or under Georgia law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Beau Vinci Violins, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for our own instruments, repairs, or services, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
11. If there’s a problem
Please contact us first. Most problems are solved with a phone call, and we would rather fix something than argue about it. Call 678-691-2394 or email [email protected], and give us 30 days to work it out with you.
If we can’t resolve it, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms. Changes here never alter a Rental Agreement you have already signed.
