Frequently Asked Questions when purchasing an instrument or bow

Trial Period

After you receive your instrument and/or bow, you will have seven days to seek the opinions of trusted teachers and fellow players. A valid government issued ID and credit card is required. Should you keep your trial for more than 14 days,  we’ll assume it’s a fit and your card will be charged the full balance.

Clients will be charged outbound shipping for all potential purchases and trials. Should our clients decide to move forward with the purchase, their account will be credited the outbound shipping charges.

Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason, simply return the item within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund. If you do decide to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping as well as any damages that may occur during shipping and or your possession of the item.
